    The item arrived damaged in the box. Seller refused to send a replacement part, refused to cover return shipping and charged a replacement fee. Horrible experience, rude seller, no customer service.

    We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. You noted the shipping box was intact, yet the lampshade was “oval” and believe it's due to packaging. We carefully pack our items to prevent transit damage, and typically, an undamaged, un-opened box means the product inside is as it should be. We sell our lamps as complete units and don't offer replacement parts like individual lampshades. As we've explained, if you'd like to return the lamp for a refund, you're welcome to do so.
