    The customer service is formidable, in case of any questions they answer it, they even facilitate import issues by making packages of several items so that the shipping cost is lower, the packaging is excellent, it arrives without a single scratch or mistreatment. 10/10 the service, the only thing that could be "bad" is the issue that shipping takes a while and if you order from Mexico the price increases due to import and tariffs

    Considering that the item comes from the US, the postage to the UK was quite reasonable. Tracking provided all the way and dispatched very quickly. It took some time to meander through customs and various places and one time I enquired why it hadn't moved for several days. I got an answer the same day, considering the time difference, which was very satisfactory. It arrived in mint condition and well packed. Very happy with the reliable service. Highly recommended.
