    Seller listed and sold the item before it was in their possession without noting that anywhere in the product description, but they admitted to the mistake and communicated well. However, I also had to be the one to initiate communication; seller did not contact me to notify me of logistical issues, despite appearing aware of the problem. Seller seems receptive to feedback, and my product has now arrived, so I will still rate positive. If they accept and implement my feedback, I would buy again.

    Thank you very much for the quick and uncomplicated delivery. The Figure is exactly as described and was well and safely packed. The price for the figure was also fair in my opinion. I will definitely order something from this dealer again in the future. Thank you and best regards from Germany

    This seller went the extra mile and covered the import costs when the wretched DHL failed to inform me that they had the package and were awaiting authorization to destroy it. Of course I will reimburse the seller for his/her consideration. This is a rare level of service, service with a rare level of honour...arigato gozaimasu...
