    Great experience with this seller. Speedy shipping, arrived 2 days after ordering. Item was exactly as described, a brand new pair of Knipex pliers in the factory packaging.

    Item would work great, but delivery was problematic. Ordered on April 1st, but shipping was not scheduled until April 29th. Cancelled the order and found an alternative for a better price and quick delivery. I guess the joke was on me. =) Dealing with customer service was easy and painless. They were good guys.

    This item was shipped extremely fast and arrived quickly. It was packaged well and seems to be of good quality. It was reasonably priced and arrived in perfect condition. This is the type seller I would recommend to anyone. This seller had to ship within a hour for it to get to me this fast. Will buy from this seller again . Thumbs up for this seller.

    Can't say I'm thrilled about the substitution because I ordered specific fuses, but the ones that arrived are COMPLETELY different (see picture). No explanation was provided, so I have little confidence that the fuses delivered are appropriate for my equipment. I called the seller, but only order processing help is available — no technical support. My positive feedback on this is strictly benefit of the doubt. It may BE compatible. It MAY be a new and improved version, but it needs explaining.

    5-STARS! Seller made a mistake and shipped the wrong item. Although it was the wrong item, the shipping was fast and the item was safely packed.
