  Highly recommend this seller. The item I purchased was authentic and the pricing was much better than the manufacturer. The seller also provided receipt to prove the authenticity of the product which was great. They are also very responsive and answered any questions I had. The only constructive comment I can give is the shipping time from the seller to the courier can be improved a bit. For my order it took almost a week. All in all great seller and would absolutely buy again from them

  First time placing an order with this seller and was a bit nervous as it’s an expensive item. The seller responded quickly to my questions and assured me I would be able to send the bag back for a refund if I was not happy. No need for a return, I love my bag!! It was packaged so well and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was also so fast! Seller is amazing to work with and I hope to make another purchase with them in the future.

  I was hesitant to shop on eBay because my experience shopping secondhand has been primarily with Poshmark where I am a seller as well. That being said my experience has been excellent. My item is exactly as pictured and came with tags and all the original packing materials. The item itself had 4 layers of packaging to make sure it wasn't damaged over seas. I'm rarely someone who shops at this price point but if you were on the fence I would highly recommend this seller!

  The bag arrived beautifully boxed and packaged, new and authentic with all store tags, Balenciaga inserts and dust bag. The bag is beautiful and great quality. The price was fantastic. I'm very happy with my purchase! The shipping time was a little longer than I would have liked but it was shipped and received within the time promised. I will buy from this seller again.
