The frame itself was perfect and looks beautiful. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and will be sending me a new one asap. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on buying a few more from them in the near future. I'm giving them a dive star rating because although the item was damaged, they resolved the matter swiftly and I didn't have to do a return.

Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear. Great customer service and I do like the frame very much.
