    Good communication. Packaging was pretty rough but it got here. Product in good condition but had tag on it from whatever garage sale it was bought at for $25 which is significantly less than what I paid the seller.

    The product was exactly as described. The seller packaged the shipment in a previously used Amazon shipping envelope which caused a little confusion, as it was delivered to my next door neighbor, who called and said he had an Amazon package for us. We weren't expecting any Amazon packages, but as soon as we opened it, we understood that it was our ebay item packaged in an Amazon envelope. The price was the best on the market for the item.

    Shipping was fast, packaging very adequate. There was an issue with the recorder not working. Messaged the seller, we discussed and they immediately refunded the cost. Great seller. Stands behind their word. Would recommend. A++++
