    The shipped item wasn't the correct one, however Ben called, twice. First to understand what the problem was, and a second time to confirm a full refund without the need of shipping back the item. Mistakes can happen and the behaviour / approach to the situation was great, quick and efficient.

    Very speedy delivery by royal mail 24 hour on a Sunday. Item was well packaged in a box with bubble wrap and is just the job to replace an un-serviceable hard drive in my iMac. Very well priced for a pre-configured imac hard drive with a warranty in my opinion - highly recommended.
