***Absolute best customer service I have ever received on this platform*** First the sellers communications were so prompt and helpful. My unit arrived damaged, to no fault of the seller. These units are extremely sensitive. The unit would not work when going through the startup sequence none of the fans functioned despite visually being perfect. Swaped fans from another unit then the new unit worked. They sent me replacement fans immediately! Hands down best experience.

So I order a s19k pro, got a little scared with how long the shipping was taking but I did get the miner within the timeframe given on the ad (12 days) **shipped directly from china** but they cover the duty fees for USA. It arrived in great condition *thanks DHL* brand new from bitmain. checked the warranty and it is valid for an entire year. I would buy again confidently, but probably from their website for cheaper prices!
