    Accidentally ordered item at full price after seller sent me an offer for a cheaper price. Seller was very honorable and refunded the money before it shipped. eBay may not have a measurable metric for honor and fairness but this seller has it. They could’ve kept the money but didn’t.     Great eBay seller, great communications, very accurate description, good packaging and very fast shipping. The Tektronix TDS754C Oscilloscope is in very good used condition, with the only the screen actuator elastomer mat/board needing replacement.
