  Excellent service with an incredibly prompt delivery - taking only 4 days to reach Northern Ireland from Japan. Item is just as described and very well packaged. Communication was also good. I do believe there should be more transparency about the Customs Fees on the item description - maybe a rough estimate based on region. The 20% tariff paid on the lens meant that this became substantially more costly than anticipated.

They went above & beyond when no other seller I messaged would & shipped next day with priority shipping for no extra cost. Other sellers wouldn’t even reply back I was willing to pay extra for shipping or straight up told me no. This seller replied immediately & did it without cost, great experience!

  I had sold MY GM5 camera years ago and regretted it. Decided I wanted to re-buy one but had to be super mint! Cool Japan had one, it was listed as mint..and after I received it, it was even better than Mint, AS DESCRIBED, it looks 99.99% new. GREAT communication...got the camera in TWO days . No issues with tarrifs, customs anything. Cool Japan Store packaged the camera UNBELIEVEBLY well ! It's wlorking perfectly. I would buy from them again anytime.   The packaging was very secure, ensuring the item arrived in good condition. The product description was accurate, with only a minimal amount of fungus and dust, which is acceptable. International shipping was efficient. All lens functions appear to work on my F80. Seller is very attentive and always provides responses. They kept me informed with important updates while shipping was in process.
