  I received this top and was unhappy about the condition it was in. The bottom hem was completely ripped out and it was listed as being in good used condition. I notified the seller and she responded quickly. She gave a full refund of my purchase price which I was pleased about. All in all, everything worked out. I was happy that the seller was responsive & did the right thing.
