  i did ask seller that it was described that the purse was a crossbody and in photo i didn't see a crossbody strap so i asked the seller about this and seller said there was no crossbody strap. Not a problem.... purse was cancelled before it was shipping and i didn't get to see packaging. Good value purse though. It all worked out Seller was great!

  USPS is awful but the seller got it out asap so it running behind definitely wasn't the sellers fault. I was surprised to see bubble wrap in the packaging and then crammed full of packaging paper, they absolutely took care for this thing not to break! it came in just as beautiful as the picture showed
