  The item was never shipped after 14 days. Refund was issued. But I waited 14 days for an MS Office key code and now I must shop for another vendors MS Office key code.

  I HAVEN’T EVEN RECEIVED THIS ITEM YET BUT THE MESSAGE THAT EBAY POSTED THAT THIS ITEM HAD BEEN DELIVERED AND THEN STATED THAT THIS ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK I NOTIFIED THE VENDOR AND QUESTIONED HOM ON THE PERPLEXING AND CONTRADICTING STATEMENTS THAT WERE POSTED ON EBAY THAT THIS ITEM HAD BEEN DELIVERED AND THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK -VERY PERPLEXING AND CONFUSING RESPONSES COMING FROM THE VENDOR AND OR EBAY I FOUND IT VERY CONFUSING AND I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS WITH EBAY BEFORE

  I was quite frustrated that the item pictures was 3.0 usb but the item sent seemed to be usb 1.0. The seller communicated well and immediately issued a refund and revised/removed the listing so that this won t happen to other customers. This was not a positive experience for me but I don t want to penalize an ebay seller who may have just made a mistake. I would recommend they stay away from listing mixed brands but thats just my personal opinion. Thank you for your communication.

  Wasn't expecting anything bc I didn't read the full description. But this Seller went far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this seller.
