  OK, I now know why this seller is so highly rated and respected on eBay - this laptop is a gorgeous beast! Seller's posted photos and descriptions of all components were 100% accurate. Refurbished "like new" laptop arrived in pristeen, better-than-new condition - with a case showing zero scratches or blemishes. Packed and shipped carefully and fast!   So far I am happy with my purchase which arrived one day ahead of time. It was packed well, and the computer looks brand new. Not a scratch or fingerprint on it. The price was the best. I need to transfer my data from my old computer and use it but as of now I am a happy buyer. This seller must take pride in his items, and makes sure they are 100% in the condition he describes.   Great product for a great price, arrived quickly, and GREAT COMMUNICATION!!. The packages was a tad under padded, but the actual laptop was in a factory package, so *that* was padded pretty well. Overall, I would 100% buy from this seller again; And they are only seller I've bookmarked in so many years that I can't remember another! If you see something for sale from this seller, do not hesitate, buy it from them. You'll be glad you listened to me.

  The wrong item was shipped. I had to repackage and drive a good distance to return the erroneous package. The actual item ordered was delayed and finally received long after it was ordered.

  I placed an order for a laptop and payment went through shortly after. I was reading over the description again and realized it was missing something I wanted it equipped with. It was my own fault. I contacted the seller and they issued a refund and advised me on what to do if it ended up shipping anyway. Great customer service. If I find another item for sale by them that I’m after I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. (And make sure I read carefully!)
