  Shipped very nicely, arrived in the described condition, fast shipping, had a little hick-up with seller shipping incorrect quantity but I reached out and the seller responded in less than 24 hours and made it right by shipping the missing quantity.   I received the item on time and as advertised. It was packaged in a safe manner to protect the sensitive electronics. I asked the seller a question before the purchase and received a prompt response. It repaired my laptop at a fourth of the cost of a new one. I will definitely consider this seller in the future.

  The order went through quickly and shipping was fast. It was safely packaged. The motherboard was surrounded by foam in an anti-static bag. The item was an MSI GS65 motherboard, and it was in great condition, just as described. I bought it back in April and it’s still running strong. The price was very reasonable and they don’t overcharge for products. I’d buy from them again in a heartbeat.

  Seller took very long to ship the motherboard I ordered. Communication was OK but a bit confusing. Ordered on Monday 13th It didn’t get sent until following Monday 21st and delivered on 24th! Got correct item. But will try to avoid seller in future.

  Unfortunately the listing was inaccurate and it didn't not work for the machine I was trying to repair, but they did not hesitate to give me a refund when requested. The original shipping and refund response was quick, the motherboard was packaged very well, and I'd buy from this seller again.
