    First class service from delivery to refund for a faulty product. The seller could not have been aware of the initial problem but 10/10 for integity and the trust he demonstrated by issuing a refund based on my word and a couple of photos. Can recommend and would definitely return as a customer.

    They were very professional and accommodating, the only thing was when I returned the device, it could not be delivered Royal Post for more than one week as nobody seemed to be there. As a consequence, the refund was made with much delay, but at the end all good and I would recommend them!
