Seller blocked me because I requested a refund since they were taking a long time to ship. If I pay promptly then I expect to get my books shipped promptly.

Buyer started asking when their comics would ship immediately after they placed their orders. We explained to them when their orders would ship - which was shown at checkout - and they said they did not want to wait so they requested cancellation - which we did. Buyer did this on multiple purchases so, yes, we put them on the blocked list. If you are not willing to wait for the delivery timeframe shown at checkout then do not commit to the purchase.
