  Spode Christmas Tree 8" plates (8 total) arrived today and they are perfect and beautiful!!! Great price, SO WELL packaged in lots of cardboard, bubble wrap, paper, etc., and very fast shipping!!!!   Nothing but good things to say about this seller. The item arrived quickly but was damaged during shipping even though it was packed well with "fragile" written on the box. I contacted the seller. She was very apologetic and immediately gave me a substantial refund while also allowing me to keep the item, which I'm hoping I can repair. I would definitely do business with her again.

  Wanted to let you know the pony arrived this afternoon, intact! You did a magnificent job packing him so he wouldn’t get damaged. I could tell the box had been smushed in more than one place, but he is fine. He is as you said and I appreciate you accepting my offer. He will not be sold again. He will stay in my family. Money well spent! I definitely would purchase from you again without worry of porcelain getting broken.
