    The initial package had some damage that harmed the signature on the helmet. I feel mixed on this review, because it was the holidays, but the packaging issue caused meant I could not use this item as a Christmas gift. However, CollegeAuthentics was reasonably responsive and did ship out a replacement - no questions asked. The second helmet was packaged the same way, but was not damaged in shipping. They did reach out by phone to make sure I was completely satisfied and to discuss my feedback.

    Just received my mini helmet today. Helmet was in great shape great condition just as described. Will definitely buy from the seller again. Had an issue with the tracking information, contacted the seller and they took care of everything. AAAAA +++++
