  Seller cheats and operates in bad faith. I Lost $360. Bad packing, item came damaged. Seller saw pictures I sent and said his engineers confirmed it wont affect working. I paid $360 labor and got it installed. Fluid leaked overnight. Seller happily stopped responding. Responded when I wrote negative feedback. Refused to honor 1 year warranty or cover labor cost I lost due to his false confirmation, demanded positive review for item refund. Had to report him escalate waste hours to get refund.

  The product arrived damaged. But the company had excellent customer services. I believe that it wasn’t their fault that the item arrived damaged because it was packed fairly well. I blame the shipping company for their poor handling of the item.
