Unfortunately the box had been squashed to 3/4 of its original size during transit. When I opened the box as expected the catapult and reel had been trashed. But on contacting this seller I was immediately offered and received a full refund no questions asked. So though I can’t comment on the product the customer service could absolutely not be better.

The arrows were packed well and they actually sent them EXACTLY as directed....just wish they were closer in the shipping process and not across the globe.
