  Postage took longer than specified, wrong item turned up, took 48 hours to organise a return label and then hadn’t posted the correct item after 2 business from the wrong item being returned. Requested a refund as I have lost all faith in this seller. Item not as described.

  Yes we made an error and you received the wrong item, pretty far fetched to state that it took 48 hours to organize a return label when we both know that is not the case...
