Packaging for the laptop was great. The laptop was supposed to be a touchscreen but the listing was incorrect. Seller made it right by admitting the mistake and offered a return or partial refund. Communication was EXCELENT. Excellent price! I don't save many sellers, but this one I'm saving!

Arrived in a paper bubble bag Memory sticks were NOT package in an anti static container as pictured but tossed in a static bag. There was some tired pink bubble wrap as separations I have zero confidence as to handling and storage
