Received £15 partial refund, had option of returning but too much hassle - they did offer this though, to be clear. Think they need to review their phone grading services or take better care when grading as this was not hard to miss. The vendor provided excellent communication and provided a no-quibbles refund (since I needed the fingerprint function). Recommend this vendor.
