  Almost two weeks after payment, the item still hasn't arrived, and it doesn't even have a delivery date. I bought an item that was supposed to come from China that same day, and now I have it. This seller is a scam. They also don't answer messages. Avoid buying from this seller.

  I have been in constant communication with this buyer. Standalone lithium batteries have a "Hazardous Materials" classification that designated ground only transportation which will usually delay a package while in transit since they can not go on a plane. This buyer is located in Puerto Rico which requires boat transit after leaving Florida. This is the reason behind the longer thank normal shipping time.

  The item is as described. The new battery was a direct replacement for the original. As soon as it was swapped out, the controller worked like new! The price was great, and the shipping and delivery were fast. Great seller.

  Battery finally got here after THREE WEEKS !!!! That is an insane amount of time for an order to arrive. Got some nonsense about surface mail only, and hazzardous materials. Was also informed that shipment got lost or missed somewhere along the line. Really no excuse for such a long delivery time. Getting back to battery. Arrived in fine shape, almost fully charged. Only took about 10 minutes to change out. The blue case opener furnished is totally useless. Did not even make a dent in the

  I bought the wrong battery- my mistake. When I inquired about the this battery for my Botvac, I received a timely and well thoughtout response.
