    My parcel was late but when I contacted the seller he was very sorry about the delay he had posted the day after order and promised to send out another one. My parcel arrived today seven days later no fault of seller royal mail again I would buy from seller again

    This was dispatched promptly and received in good condition. I was surprised to see that despite ordering 2 cables, there was the two I was expecting plus another one I had ordered from a different seller. There was an invoice in the parcel and this showed that two different ebay trading names were both invoiced by ABM Worldwide Limited which is the umbrella company. The seller contact information explains this, but who reads that information normally?

    Item did not arrive as packaging was damaged in the post and item was lost. However, after contacting the seller, a replacement was promptly dispatched and I received it today. Big thumbs up to the seller for all your help.
