  A great product, I was a little bit skeptical on the condition of the stuffed animal but was pleasantly suprised to find out that in was in beautiful condition. The pricing for the stuffed animal and shipping was great altogether and affordable. The packaging was also very well done with a lot of care put in to it, it was triple wrapped under the bag. It was also just as the listing described, the fur was wellkept, the soundbox was also great quality and the stitching and tag were good condition

  Although the seller accepted a lower price for the item, and it does appear to work, the item arrived with the package taped together. This item was Listed as NEW (brand-new, unused, unopened), which was clearly not what I received. The package had been opened and the contents removed previously. The sellers original posting shows the scotch tape holding the package together, but was not obvious to the buyers unless you knew where to look.

  It appeared that USPS had lost this item after misrouting it to the wrong post office. I contacted the seller letting them know that I considered the package lost. They refunded me and told me that even if the item still arrived to just keep the money I was given back. Luckily, they finally found it and I still got the item. Thank you so much! I’m so glad that this wasn’t a loss as it had appeared to be for a while.

  The item was as described and in good condition. It was a good value. The packaging was taped too much. I have arthritic hands and it was very difficult to get the item out of all the numerous wrapping and tape. Shipping was also too high.

  We ship all over the world. Because of this we tape our item's so if left on the porch rain or animals will have a hard time getting inside of it. as far as shipping. We all think that shipping is too high, But tell that to the postal service's that charge for that as we don't have any control over the cost charged to the buyer's.
