  Excellent communication from the seller. The item was well and carefully packed so there was no concern with damage in shipping. The item was as described but even better condition than I had hoped. I believe the item was fairly and honestly priced as my impression is that the seller wanted to give good value for the dollars rather than squeeze every last dime. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  Arrived in one piece, the item was well packaged, I have been in the market for one of these for a very long time but they always just seem to be Out Of Reach price wise or the price was right but they didn't offer shipping so finding this seller was like a dream come true the shipping was very fast and arrived when it said it was going to, the description was accurate to the item received.

  Great communication. I'd asked about interior dimensions of drawers on this antique wooden letter cabinet and they sent clear photos in reply. Very fast shipping (bought 11am April 8 and it was delivered morning of Friday, April 11 - three days from Michigan to Central Texas!). Very well packaged, too - it's a 16"x16"x16" storage cabinet, so big and bulky and heavy, and it came in in great shape, just like the listing showed. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again!

  This item tightly packed in an old box with one layer of bubble wrap and a bunch of USPS Priority Mail bubble mailers as padding. As you can imagine, it arrived smashed to bits. The return label process was painless, and my refund was sent immediately upon drop off. The seller tried to get me to keep the parts in exchange for a partial refund, but I declined. Heavy items from the 1990s, composed of now brittle plastics, need extra care in shipping and professional packing/new materials.

  buyer sells inside parts- the damage shown to mine looks like he tossed it off a building- i pack all my items extremely well- i accepted the return as you have to by ebay rules- buyer waited a week to return it and im only guessing what it is missing or switched out :)
