  Arrived well packed and just as described - but without CD which should have been inside the outer cover. It was obviously an oversight by seller. I contacted seller who immediately gave me full refund - within 2 minutes of my email! - and told me to keep the book. This is exceptional service and went above and beyond what is expected.   Ordered the book on Wednesday and received emails confirming order and also when it was dispatched. No tracking information was provided. Book arrived in the post Friday lunchtime which was within the estimated time. Packaged in a plastic envelope which was fine. An observation was that the packet had "awesomebooks.com" all over it which was surprising as I had puchased from Chiron media store! The book was as described in listing and it was reasonably priced. Would buy from them again.

  A good edition of this title at a reduced price. The book was delivered within the allotted time & was in reasonably good condition - it matched the seller's description. Although it reached me okay, I do think sending books out in thin plastic bag/envelopes is a bit dicey. Nevertheless, the service received was good & I would use this seller again if they had something I required in stock. Thank you.

  There was a postage problem as item arrived days after last date. I asked where my package was and a refund was issued. I received the book eventually and asked to pay for it but the seller kindly said keep the book as a gesture of goodwill as it was so late arriving. Very kind of them. The book arrived well packed and in a good condition as stated.
