  I ordered the wrong size plate a side plate arrived instead of a dinner plate, However after contact with the seller, they offered to send me a dinner plate free of charge. I am awaiting the dinner plate if it arrives as well packaged and in the excellent condition of the side plate I will be very pleased - all in all an excellent service.

  Contacted seller prior to purchase to confirm condition of item. Was explained as never used & excellent. When it arrived it has visible ‘scratches/marks’ on the plate. Contacted seller regarding this as I would not have purchased if I was told about these specific marks - have not heard back from seller. The description & the confirmed description were inaccurate. Would not purchase from seller again - very disappointed. Communication was good prior to purchase however have not heard back since
