  Tiamat arrived safe & sound inside her well packed & protected packaging. Chimera Hobby Shop wrapped the box in protective wrap & even placed cardboard over the retail plastic for protection. Truly appreciate all the extra effort. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Item received was well-packed; still sealed in shrink-wrapping as a matter of fact. No dents, dings or even scratches. Components are all present. Game is complete and in beautiful condition. I'm definitely a proud owner of it. Also, seller included a personalized note which was a very nice touch. Overall, an excellent product from an excellent seller!

  The carrier ran into problems and delays, the seller contacted the carrier, got and provided direction and resolution. An all around reassuring experience. Package did eventually arrive, well packaged and in brand new condition. Best experience with an issue I've ever had.
