    The item was shipped in the appropriate time. The item was well packaged to prevent damage in transit. Being well packaged, the item arrived as described. I believe that this item was value for money. I purchased a bezel separately to complete the laptop. I recommend this seller.

    This seller is amazingly patient. We had issues with our item not being left at the provided address, twice!. However, the seller and I were able to negotiate a fair price for the shipping he paid for, and I was refunded a fair price for the item I didn't receive. Thank you Chicago Surplus electronics, for all of your help and attempts to get me the product I ordered.

    I don’t remember to leave reviews often but this seller really went above and beyond to help me out when the product arrived in not working condition. The seller offered to send me a replacement at no cost to me. Luckily I was able to get my original item working but I’m confident the seller would have made me whole. Will definitely buy from again. 5 star seller!
