  Order a rear back up camera (Tailgate Handle) from this seller to fit my 2013 Ford Focus ST, item didn't fit my car as sellers' description said it did, I asked to return item, seller didn't reply to any of my several emails or pictures sent.

  He sent me a very broken item. Nothing about being broken in the description. He has communicated very poorly since then. He will not answer my questions on what I should do. I have asked him about returning it but he wont tell me how. He just says he will give me my money back but so far is not giving me my money back. Im not sure what to do....
