    Item is a quality product and appears to be in a like new condition as described and shown in photos by seller. All at a bargain price. Item was well protected and packaged for shipping. Item took longer in shipping and delivery was later than estimated. I do not think the seller was the reason for late delivery.

    Honestly I wasn’t expecting that high level of packing, had a small crack on the bottom back right corner that’s not your fault, that’s do to the shipping company. Just add a little more protection when packing to protect yourself. Will definitely consider buying from this seller again.

    Product was as described. Packaging could have been a bit more sturdy. It was shipped by FedEx which was not as stated in the original post. Minor chip occurred to the speaker housing.

    This Sizzix sophisticate is just what I needed to take back in forth to my library where I volunteer teach card making. It was shipped very fast a reasonable price and came very well wrapped and boxed for safe shipping. The machine itself is in perfect condition and looks like new. The seller was very good to work with and accepted my offer which made this purchase an excellent value.. I would highly recommend this seller.
