    Most wonderful experience I've ever had on eBay! There was a little snafu with one of the hooks. The seller got in touch with me right away and is sending a new hook and a self addressed and stamped envelope so I can send her the damaged hook back. That way she can send it to the manufacturer. She was a joy to visit with! I look forward to many more purchases! (I'm heading over to look at her shop right now! 😁) The hooks are a great price! And exactly what I ordered. So pleased.

    Items arrived as described and were packaged well to protect them. There was a problem with the shipper (US Postal Service) but the seller let me know about the issue and resolved the issue. Would purchase again. I appreciate the combined shipping policy.
