Extremely well painted to a professional level and the attention to detail is spot on, brilliant value. fast postage, better than getting something from US anyway, and item was carefully packaged. A little smaller than I originally thought but I'm still really happy, thank you.

  The model looks good and quality was what we agreed apon before sending. The condition arrived perfect, everything intact with no repairs needed with it coming overseas. A bit expensive in the market but they do put out great work,Safe packaging and excellent communication and service means I’ll definitely be shopping here in the future.

  A beautiful model, expertly painted and in great condition. Not cheap but the quality really sings so very happy to pay what I did. Came carefully wrapped and protected and sellers kept me well informed and communicated very well. Would certainly buy from these guys again, very happy with the service.

  Model was painted really quick and it still looks amazing. The seller communicated throughout the commission process and was was helpful when last minute detail changes were asked for. The seller also shows a lot of care for the items, as the figure was in great condition after shipping. Overall it was worth the buy and would be glad to purchase from this seller again!

  Item was quickly painted, carefully packaged and received just as shown in the picture. The seller was in constant communication with me the whole time , and even gave me courier updates based on postal tracking! Would highly recommend and definitely going to be repeat customer.

  The miniatures are painted exceptionally well. The Wight King in particular is a work of art. The studio were great at accommodating my requests for changes and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The item was dispatched in a timely manner with the items incredibly well packaged. Be aware that if you are ordering from the UK you will have to pay a customs charge as the studio put the full value of the purchase on shipping forms. It cost me £74 custom charge for a £324 order.

  Hello, we are very sorry about the customs duty. Our normal declared value is 50 pounds, but we are very unlucky that some strict customs officers will ask eBay officials for real transaction records, the duties must be paid in full.
