The Dell Precision 5820 arrived earlier than expected, in excellent condition, and with the exact hardware listed in the description. It was also very well packaged! It has performed flawlessly from its very first startup. The quality exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding, especially Bryan, who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Overall, fantastic value for the price. I highly recommend this seller!

After some testing, I have questions about the stated hours on the drives, but they are in great condition and I am very satisfied with the purchase I made. I spoke to the seller about the hours issue and after a couple replies, they offered me a small refund to make up for the difference in cost of the drives. I am very happy with the prompt and positive replies and I highly recommend them.

Each drive was individually contained within a bag marked by SN and bubblewrapped tightly, the four drives were then placed into a box with larger bubblewrap on both sides of the box. There was absolutely no chance whatsoever that these could've been damaged in shipping. The seller even provides a 90day refund/replacement option and gave a cute Thank You card. Will buy again.
