  Phone was new as described in a sealed box. Great price compared to purchasing at the store. My only complaint is I was notified of shipping within 24 hours. When tracked there was no update, so I sent a message to seller asking about it 2 days later!! They responded it would be sent that day. Very disappointing. Otherwise I am pleased with the purchase.

  I ordered a Samsung S21 fully unlocked and it arrived new and in great shape in a sealed factory box from samsung as stated in the listing. I inserted my sim card and it worked right away. Seller shipped with USPS the next day on Monday and I recived the phone the following Monday. I feel for the price it is a great value for a brand new phone. Thanks so much. Great seller. Would definitely do business again for my next purchase.

  Phone was shipped quickly and was exactly what was ordered. NIB! Price was fantastic and product was in excellent condition with no damage to the packaging. Still sealed and all items present. Looks great and is a fabulous value for what I paid. Still buying Samsung for it's quality and this seller keeps up the reputation.

  Although the shipment was delayed, I don't think it was this vendor's fault. USPS lost it somewhere in Atlanta for a couple of days (all too common of an occurrence these days unfortunately). Boxing and packaging was quite nice, and the product was as described (brand-new, in box). Even though it is an older model phone the cost was good. I am willing to use this vendor again for any phone purchases I may need. Thanks again!

  THIS IS A DEPENDABLE SELLER. MY PHONE CAME JUST AS DESCRIBED IN A SEALED ORIGINAL BOX. HAVEN'T TURNED IT ON YET BUT I DON'T ANTICIPATE ANY PROBLEMS. I THINK I GOT GOOD PRICE BECAUSE ALL THE CHEAPER PHONES WERE OPEN BOX. THIS WAS SEALED. THE PHONE IS A BEAUTIFUL COLOR TOO!
