    I was extremely surprised to see a beat-up envelope in my mailbox this afternoon containing the transistors. The packaging was a mess, but the transistors themselves seem fine. Since the shipment was presumed lost, I received a refund several weeks ago, so it feels odd to get them. They are useful to me as I will likely encounter another project that will need them. I do feel I need to make this right with the seller, though, since they shipped it in good faith. The USPS just messed up.

    I did have a problem with this transaction. Something went wrong with the address to the post office so they sent it back to the seller. When I discovered this I brought it to the attention of the seller via ebay and they promptly refunded when they received the part back. I didn't want to try to get the part shipped again. I gave this a positive due to the seller refunding and I can't really say they are at fault for the failure of the transaction. I would think they should be OK to buy frm
