Packaging was fine in my opinion: the laptop had a layer of cardboard and some airbags in a box to prevent it from jumping around. now the important part - it was as shown in the images and description: no bios password and everything was intact that was supposed to, a note ill just get used to azerty (qwerty ones quite pricey). i'm very satisfied with the product and the seller was incredibly talkative, nice and understanding!
