The product arrived damaged, BUT the damage was done by the delivery service, because I found small pieces of the part inside the packages. The seller responded very quickly, sent two new ignition coils, without requiring a return of the damaged ones! (despite the fact that it was not his fault) This says that the Seller values his customers and their time!! The price is good!

When I accidentally selected to cancel order I immediately contacted the seller to stop the canceled order and continue to ship as I originally had chosen. Seller responded right away and assured me the order would go thru. I received my order sooner than expected, the o2 sensor is working perfectly, in pristine condition, and packaging...all this with a price that can't be beat!

I ordered a set of 4 Ignition Coils about 10 days ago, received them within 4-5 days. The coils were well packed, looked of extremely high quality, but when I went to my ASE local mechanic, he changed the spark plugs but didn't have to replace the current coils. When I asked to return the coils, the seller said not to return them, but that they would provide a refund as requested. Thank you. Russell DeVriendt, Yuma, AZ
