    The computer was shipped quickly and arrived in the condition described in the listing. My only concern is that the computer arrived with preinstalled software and altered system configurations. It did not boot to a setup screen. A quick reinstall of the OS and deletion of all previous data resolved this, which should be done with any preowned or refurbished computer. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and recommend this seller.

    Correct, as in our ebay item description Windows 10 Professional was installed so you would not get a set up screen.
