I reached out to the seller after receiving my package and noticed I was missing a few of the items pictured.     Fast seller mailing & delivery 7 business days later. Very very well packed & protected in multiple layers of bubble wrap foam padding & sturdy box, arriving in great condition. Beautiful Fritz & Floyd teapot in the shape of a star topped Christmas tree with further detail of a nutcracker, a little girl holding a teddy bear & a dancing lady. Used, as described, & in good condition with minor scuff areas, it is lovely & still useable. Super eBay find & buy at a super value price.

    I ordered from this seller on Monday and it got to me by Thursday. The packaging is very secure and the Jellycat dragon is exactly as pictured! I appreciate the price they set the plush at, considering how expensive Jellycat plushies can be.

    Plush came in good condition. Was advertised as sealed but unbeknownst to seller, code was unfortunately used (code was not adhered to arm with plastic tags). Seller refunded purchase in full due to error. Kind and very responsive. Will be buying from again. Thank you.
