  Saludos amigos, la tarjeta de video llegó, solamente que quizás se averió en el camino, lo cual fué reportado al vendedor y amistosamente se brindó a cooperar en la solución y reembolso inmediato, a través de eBay. Vendedor y comprador nos pusimos de acuerdo con un reembolso pendiente aún. Ver foto ·1 del artículo recibido por mí y al sacar del paquete recibido (faltan tornillos detrás) y en la foto ·2 original del vendedor y antes de la compra estaban los tornillos.

  All of the process was excellent except the shipping. Once again, I was completely and profoundly disappointed by this shipper. Once again, the delivery person showed no caring or any common sense. The last complaint about this company it was for falsely claiming that they had delivered my package when they really hadn't. This time, instead of putting the package in the mail box so no one could steal it, but the package was left out in the rain to drown. Would highly recommend this seller.

  The Tripp Lite PDU1215 was delivered in brand-new, unused condition; the appearance is impeccable. Communication from the seller was excellent and prompt. The price was the best I could find anywhere; even among used items. This power distribution unit is a top quality component and highly recommended for any rack system. Also, the unit was shipped in its original box, packaged with care and plenty of cushioning inside another box; excellent! Thank you.

  Shipping was quick, packaging was decent. The item did not come as described, scratches on the PCB, fan did not spin, no display output. Non working DOA. For the value I expected to be getting a working card. Unfortunately that was not the case. Currently awaiting my return refund. Would buy from this seller again even though the Graphics Card was DOA could have been a shipping issue.
