Good packaging no damage re transportation and given that it was such a wet day, puzzles were left in a covered area. This is my 2nd order w this seller. ARB Games has a terrific range of jigsaw puzzles, best I have seen so far. Great communication, always responds quickly. The turnaround from order to dispatch to delivery is very fast. Postage was extremely slow but not sellers fault - Aust Post stuck in Sunshine West sorting centre for a week. Kept getting updates on tracking up to 5 times a day when it was in the sorting centre. Aust Post needs to pull their finger out and give better service.

Besides that, everything came exactly as described and shipped out in a timely manner. Everything came nicely and safe, zero damage during shipping due to the sellers careful packaging.
