When confronted, the seller provides me with bogus pictures, which I called BS-how can you take pictures of every single rug you make? I asked for a refund and they kept dodging the issue and tried to delay the process.

I reached back out to seller on 12/2 because I never received a tracking number. On 12/11 eBay refunded me because nothing had been done by seller. I would not recommend buying from this seller and having your money tied up for over a month.
