  It took multiple attempts over a month to hear back from the seller, and I only found out then that there had been a mailing issue affecting many of their orders, including mine. I do wish they had communicated this proactively, as I was left in the dark for quite a while. Once they did respond, they were responsive and shipped my item quickly. I received it about five weeks after placing the order. Items were as described. I will shop here again and think delays will be a one time deal.

  Super happy with this product it was authentic and exactly as listed. Condition was sealed in box unbroken as it was shipped with enough pacing so that there was no movement inside the box. I had wanted this for a while and this was the most reasonably priced one I found on eBay and the seller even discounted the item a bit. I'm in Alabama and received this product 6 days after shipped. The seller also communicated great and responded to all messages. Overall great experience would shop again.

  I received a notice telling me this arrived but it actually didn't. I contacted Seller and Seller was so gracious about it-it actually ended up in California at someone's front desk! Offered to send me out a replacement asap which the Seller did. The 2nd one arrived pretty quickly. It looks exactly like the pic. Very happy customer and I would definitely purchase from Seller again.

  Not one complaint. Excellent!!! Perfect condition. As described. Shipped and arrived quicker than expected. High quality. Great price for the value.   It took a while but patience is key. Overall I'm satisfied. The item is as described. Arrived with the stopper clip broken. Quality is definitely there. Pretty fair value seeing this is not readily available. Arrived packaged neatly and secure, bottle intact minus the stopper clip. Overall pleasant experience. I recommend this seller. 5 stars.

  Took awhile to arrive, but I anticipated that going in, arrived in new condition, sealed packaging as advertised. Knowing this is sold out in retail stores in the U.S. I was happy to receive this bottle from France, amazing fragrance and great seller.
