The seller reached out to me personally to clarify a missed detail about the camera not ejecting photos correctly and offered an immediate refund for their error.   Just received this morning. Thank you! Defender is working and arrived as described. The packaging should have been better. The Defender was put in a thin card board box without protective wrapping. Fortunately, it doesn’t seem broken.

  Keyboard arrived as described, shipping was as expected with the postal service. I was a little concerned about the packaging at first, but it arrived undamaged. I was able to pair it with my current unifying receiver with out a problem and keyboard works fantastically. Absolutely worth the money.
