Had issues with the parcel sitting at a Aust Post facility for an overly long period. Seller opened an inquiry with aust post to track it down.in the interim they sent a replacement item for me. The communication from this company was top shelf and they were very easy to deal with. Customer service the best I have encountered. I personally very highly recommend them on all aspects of this sale. What an amazing company. Thanks to all staff.
